Movie Clips

Over the past 30 years or so, the movie industry has produced some truly excellent film material based on the Paranormal...with many movies claiming to be based in-part on real events. If you ask people how they became interested in the field of Paranormal or Ghosts, many will say that they were influenced and inspired by one of the many "classic" movies out there. The Paranormal genre continues to pull in record crowds at the cinemas, proving that the subject remains as popular today as it's always been. Everyone has a particular favorite...here is a short collection of my favorite Movie Clips.

The Exorcist (1973)

In it's day this film had to be the the benchmark that all other "screamers" were measured against. When the film was launched in the UK it caused widespread outrage from many members of the clergy...It was also alleged that it was responsible for several suicides. Later videos of the film were banned in the UK for a while. A recently re mastered version was doing the rounds a couple of years ago...But nowadays it is considered quite "tame" compared to modern standards.

The Entity (1980)

Based on the true story of Carla Moran...an ordinary woman tormented by an extraordinary force. The film depicts the efforts of science in the pursuit of capturing a paranormal Entity....Mild by today's standards...but very alarming in 1980. Carla is still tormented to this day.

Poltergeist (1982)

A Classic early 80's blockbuster. The tale of a Construction manager who unknowingly builds and lives in a house which is built on an old Indian burial ground.

Full of 80's special effects.

White Noise (2005)

A superb film from 2005...highlighting the relatively new subject or investigative field of EVP's (Electronic Voice Phenomena) The trailer shows actual EVP recordings allegedly from the "other-side".

I have several EVP recordings on the website if you wish to listen to them... see the "Investigations Page"
