I thought it only right and proper to start this section off with a couple of my own personal photographs...They are both of "Orbs" of light that were caught on my rather poor quality (1.3Mega Pixel) digital camera back in 2004. Orbs are quite commonly caught on camera...so if you have any similar pictures, either of orbs or any other type of paranormal activity that you are willing to share...please send them via email and I will attempt to upload them to the site (Together with a short story or explanation if you have one.)

Firstly, what is an Orb?

Well, as the name suggests, Orbs are spherical, semi-transparent objects that appear on video tape and photographs. They seem to appear more often on digital images rather than on conventional (analogue) devices. Orbs are not normally visible to the naked eye, although some people claim to see glimpses of them in their peripheral vision. Many claim that they are the souls of the deceased or are the first stage of a ghostly manifestation. I have heard it mentioned that they travel along ancient paths of earth energy or "Ley Lines" and can be pale blue, pink or white in colour. There are quite a few sites on the web covering the "Orb" subject. Research on the subject has shown that Orbs can be replicated on digital cameras whilst filming in a very dusty environment. As with the subject of ghosts...the jury is still out.

Apologies for the very poor 1.3Mega Pixel photograph...it's the only camera I possessed at the time. The photograph was taken late in 2004. If you look closely at the upper right portion of the curtains, you will will see what I believe to be an Orb. It is semi transparent and spherical in shape. I am no photographic expert, but I do know that the photograph has not been "interfered with". Is it a speck of dust close to the camera which makes it look out of focus? Is it a reflection from the TV? Is it a fault on my cheap camera? or is it the "Real-Deal"?

Taken with the same "awful" camera, but this time in a local church graveyard. I think that the date would be around Christmas 2004. I think that I had to increase the brightness on this picture, but apart from that it is totally untouched.You can just make out the grave stone (centre-left of the picture) with what appears to be two blue orbs above. At the time of the photograph I could just about make out the grave stones ...I pointed the camera (with Flash on) and this is what appeared. I can assure you that neither Orbs are a shot of the Moon or Venus. If you can enlarge the image, you will see that they appear more solid than the picture above.

This is the first "Greenish" coloured Orb I have seen...there is also a "blueish" coloured bright orb in the background.

A Shrewsbury Office Building 1

Not everyone likes their company name associated with the paranormal...for this reason I prefer not to name some locations.

This is a corridor that has been the centre of some recent paranormal activity. The cleaning personnel have reported being touched and "Growled" at by an unseen entity. They refused to work in the area until it was investigated by the team at "itsbehindyou". Note the "Orbs" next to our Group secretary.

A Shrewsbury Office Building 2

I snapped this picture in the same Shrewsbury office building...this was in another reported paranormal "hot-spot" in the building.

Of course, it could just be a trick of the light caused by the camera flash...but I personally see a "Face" peering through the glass door panel.

I may be pushing my luck with this one...it was taken inside one of the offices that was reported to have paranormal activity.

Can you make out part of a demonic looking face developing on the wall of the office...you may have to use a little imagination here.

Again, I am not ruling out camera flash / flare from any nearby office equipment.

A Shrewsbury Factory

The photo was taken during a charity paranormal fundraising event at a Shrewsbury Factory on 19th Jan 2010. Julie is certain that her camera strap and fingers were not responsible for this "Misty" apparition appearing at the bottom-left of her photo.

Stokesay Church Shropshire

Another picture from Stella's collection...at first, I thought this was a good photo of captured Orbs!...taken at Stokesay Church in Shropshire.

Then Stella pointed out something very "odd" indeed going into or out of the wooden panelling. Wierd!!!
